I did NOT receive the 2019W Silver Eagle that I ordered. I received the order form stating that it was on back order. I called Mount Vernon and was told I would receive it with in 14 days. Today is the 14th day and I have not received the Silver Eagle that I ordered.
The order has not been fulfilled.

I would, in no way, consider this coin to be BU as described. The coin lacks luster and is “muddy”, around Jefferson’s silhouette and on reverse same,certainly not brilliant. MS 60 my thought. I have order in house now with many coins graded BU. Do hope same grader not being used for them!
