Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the thirty-second U.S. president, led us through not only most of the Great Depression, but also through nearly the completion of World War II. Silver Roosevelt Dimes were issued through 1964, and clad coins were issued from 1965 to date. Proof Silver dimes were issued from 1950 to 1964 and again from 1992 to date.
